Payments

What Payments do you take?

We offer many quick and easy check out options at Miniature Details LLC.

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and all other types of credit and debit cards
  • You may also use Pay Pal, Venmo (via Pay Pal), Shop Pay ( a service of Shopify), Apple Pay, Facebook/Meta Pay and Google Pay for a quick checkout experience.

Shop Pay Installments - once approved, we will gladly accept 4 monthly interest free payments via Shop Pay Installments. Rates from 0% - 36% APR. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. State notices to consumers https://www.affirm.com/licenses.

How does and e-card (gift Card) work? 

  • Go to products and select gift card
  • Choose the denomination of your choice
  • Check out as normal
  • You will receive an e-card by mail with in 24hours of receiving payment
  • Gift cards have no fees and do not expire.

      Shipping

      What will shipping cost? Will I be charged shipping rates?

      1. Shipping is free on orders of $70 or more (ONLY for USA orders)
      2. If you don't qualify for free shipping, you will be charged the shipping cost.  
      3. Shipping cost depends on your location, weight and size of your package that is all calculated at checkout. 
      4. You may choose the shipping method you wish to have (UPS or USPS)
      5. We do NOT ship on these days- not be counted as business days):    Jan 1, Jan 24, Memorial Day, July 4, 24 & 27, Labor Day, November 19, Thanksgiving Day and the Day After, Dec. 24 thru Dec 26, Dec 31

      How quickly do you ship your products?

      • Our orders will ship within 3 - 5 business days 
      • Our holidays (these days cannot be counted as a business day):    Jan 1, Jan 24, Memorial Day, July 4, 24 & 27, Labor Day, November 19, Thanksgiving Day and the Day After, Dec. 24 thru Dec 26, Dec 31
      • You will receive a tracking code for your order with your shipping confirmation email from Miniature Details LLC this will give you 24hour access to your detailed tracking until your product arrives
      • Custom Orders ship on or before our agreed date on the custom order form.   
      • Miniature Details is not responsible for shipping delays or mishaps caused by outside carriers.  We will of course do our part in assisting you in recovering your shipped product.  

         Orders

        Can I track my order? 

        Yes! You will receive a tracking number for your package with your shipping confirmation email from Miniature Details LLC once your order has shipped. 

        Can't find your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email? Please check your promotions, spam or other folders in the email you associated with your order. If you still cannot find and email, please email me cheryl@minaturedetails.com and I will be glad to send it again.

        Can I cancel or edit my order?

        • Email Cheryl@miniaturedetails.com if you wish to cancel your order. 
        • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped
        • Cancelled order will be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee
        • What is your return/exchange policy?
          • You can exchange most unused products in their original condition within 30 days of ordering. 
          • Custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable
          • To begin your return: Please email cheryl@miniuaturedetails.com we will determine if you product qualifies for a return. Once qualified a shipping label will be generated and sent to you via email free of charge
          • Please be sure your product is returned with its original packaging and packaging slip.
        • Please review or REFUND POLICY HERE.

        Is My Product in Stock?

        Yes! All products listed that are available for immediate purchase on our site are in stock and available unless otherwise noted. For example - on my GALLERY PAGE, I have some photos of pieces already sold and are marked as "SOLD" and not available for purchase.  I display them for you to show the variety of work I am capable of.

         

        How do I place a custom order 

        • Please email Cheryl at cheryl@miniaturedetails.com directly with your inquiry. She will connect with you, discuss your order and send you the Custom Order Policy and Invoice as we require 50% upfront on all custom orders.  Please know there is no returns on custom orders.
